Hi:
I have found some aluminum roof flashing at my local hardware store that
makes great pinholes - its very thin and reasonably soft. Its very easy
to work with. I'm able to get near perfectly round holes. I made the
pinholes for a 4 hole camera and was able to get all the pinholes a very
consistent size.
The stuff is cheap - comes in various widths - I bought the narrowest
width 6 inchs. Costs something like 60 cents a linear foot. I bought one
foot of it. I make my pinholes on a piece of metal about an inch square,
so thats 72 pinholes for 60 cents.
