Donna,
I have used the Ilfochrome in my 8x10 pinhole camera. It has been a while,
but I believe the filter on the front was a number 85 to color correct.
Otherwise there is a definite blue cast to the photo. But the POP paper
works wonders and it's easier if you have access to the costly machine that
develops this.

Stom,
What Mike said about the Polaroid 4x5 T-55 Positive/Negative film secret is
absolutely true:
You either expose for a good positive, in which case the negative is
slightly thin, or over expose the print slightly in order to get a that will
print well. You can't get both a good negative and a good positive from the
same exposure.
I use this film, which by the way is the old Kodak PlusX film, LOTS in
pinhole and regular 4x5 photography. I always explose for the negative. You
can make positives forever. I have a bucket of water in the floor of the
backseat of my car and put the negatives in there until I'm ready to drop in
another negative. Don't put 2 negatives in because film corners will damage
emulsion fast. I just hang the negatives from the car ceiling until I get
home to use the PermaWash. This has struck up MANY conversations concerning
the way I decorate the interior of my car.
