Probably not necessary. I say this because a pinhole camera is simply a
light-tight container which holds film opposite a pinhole. This can take
numerous variations -- for instance, the "standard" sheet film camera, the
camera made from a Pringles can (see www.pinholeday.org), or someone putting a
piece of film in their mouth and opening their lips slightly (no, I'm not
kidding).

Just construct something light-tight that holds film and a pinhole and you're
off. The "fanciness" of it is up to you.
