As we now have many people in the list giving suggestion and idea for the
pinhole photography day.
I suggest to set up a commitee(hope I use the correct word) to work for this
event first.
Member of this commitee is to collect idea and suggestion and then anounce
it to all member of the list , let them vote for decision and work it out.
Just like what James have done a lot for it, thanks James.
Now we have the following task and better to have one person to incharge of
:
1. Foundation of the date: Date, logo, web address, site setup, money
collecting-I think James is the best choice.
2. Site content, press release: hi Guy, I like your press release, you like
to ...?
3. Promotion: sending information of this event to related society,
organization, magazine...-I would like to be one member of this task, all of
you is already a member of this task.
4. Activity: photo submiting, competition, exhibition, publication- I would
like to arrange the competition.
5. technique support: programme for voting, photo submiting...
6. Exhibition: I would like to be one memeber of it.
We can have several member and one person-in-charge for each task, we also
need a chairman for this committe, I vote James for this post (if you don't
mind) and he anounce all solution or suggestion collected from the list to
all people.
7. Any more?
I would like to arrange the formation of this committiee.
