i don't know the mamiy 7(II) that well.. but on my mamiya 6 i have a
button that unlocks the film advance. after pressing it it is possible to
advance the film without taking pictures/pressing the release button.
maybe something similar is on your 7. or do it complicated. after taking a
pinhole pic, set your lens on the body again and take second lense pic.
(f22 1/500sec with a cap on the lense) after that you can advance the film
one picture.
