If you are ONLY going to use it for pinhole, the Crown is best.
If you ever plan to use it for lens photography, the Speed is best.
The Focal plane shutter of the Speed Graphic models is still
very handy on the "T" setting for pinhole work. (And if you want
to do extreme wideangle work you are probably better off
with a home made camera with a curved film plane...)
