You'd probably have to explain to her the fact that you are taking pictures
through a hole made -usually- using a pin or a needle. The same as we have
to explain it to anybody not familiar with photography.
Now, the name for pinhole is ESTENOPO, in "sort of" academic English the
photography we practice is called "Stenopeic photography" and in Spanish it
is known as: FOTOGRAFIA ESTENOPEICA
