These are 2 things I've done:

1- Bought a cheap rangefinder with no lens at a photo fair ($3 US),
installed a pinhole in front of it and use a piece of tape as a shutter.

2- Removed the lens of a plastic disposable camera, installed a pinhole and
reloaded the camera with B&W film. (there are couple of web sites with tips
on how to reload these types of cameras, don't have the URLs handy, sorry).

3- installed a pinhole on a black body cap of my Nikon camera.
