Have you tried to do this with a semicircular film back? (I'm presuming its
flat)

The picture is take by the camera I made in 6 x 18 format, there is three
pinholes, one on middle of the camera and the other two are about 6cm apart
from the center pinhole (I can use this camera to shot any format I want). I
shot the photo with the center hole, it is because the edge of the film is
far away from the center hole, it is serious underexposure while the center
portion is exposured correctly. Then I advance the film by six cm (sometimes
more and sometimes less) and have another shot, then the final images is a 6
x 72 non stop image.. You will see there is a center spot at every 6cm of
the image. The image:
