    To extend this a bit, not everyone reads email with software that
    understands HTML, and while it's possible to dig out the text of
    a message out of the HTML, it's not fun. HTML may look like normal
    text in some mail readers, but the real message that gets transmitted
    has all the HTML formatting commands as well as the message. Software
    that can send HTML usually have some preferences that can be set so that
    they send plain text only. Please do that. Thanks.
