My experience with 4x5 Polaroid film is that even small deviations
outside of the normal exposure range will generate considerable
reciprocity failure problems with massive color shift towards the blue
in the case of long exposure times. I tried using a Yellow filter to
correct but this was not effective.

At the time, I was using polaroid to make emulsion lift onto glass using
a standard lens camera (shhhhh..don't tell anyone...). Has anyone tried
emulsion transfer (transfer or lift) with their 4x5 polaroid pinholes?

The fun thing about emulsion lift onto glass is that you can then slip
the glass/emulsion in your enlarger and do a big enlargement. Of course
you would need to use chrome since your emulsion on glass is a positive
already. And filtration under the enlarger can become impossibly tricky
because of the massive blue shift associated with reciprocity failure.
At the same time, the blue shift can perhaps become a central part of
the picture as in Chip's case.
