Difficulties in cleaning aside, any kitchen store will have gravy
pitchers that pour from the bottom -- in the case of gravy, to cut the
fat content of the delivered product (fat floats). This would work with
gelatin as well, if it's liquid enough to pour from such a vessel (most
are ceramic, so can be heated with impunity).
