Hi Gary,
You can mix photoflo in some cold water and immerse your print in this
solution in a tray for a minute or two. The temperature of the water
doesn't really matter, but cool water is good for setting and toughening
the gelatin. After a good immersion, you can drain the tray. Lean the
tray upright with the print sticking to the tray bottom and let it stay
until all the last drops are gone and drained away. Then hang to dry,
or whatever.
