Sorry you have had difficulty ordering the book. There was a period of time
where we were having difficulties with the revised website and hopefully that
is fixed for the most part. People still sometimes have problems but by
trying another browser, they can get the order through.
The website does require that you fill in a "state" as if everyone came from
the US, but just put anything in there and it can be corrected when you are
transferred to PayPal for the final Payment.
Please try again and let me know if you have difficulty by writing directly
