Tell us more about your carbon tissue.
What´s the drying time? How long time takes it before it becomes
insoluble? Did you try to put less dichromate in the gelatin
solution. Your tissue must be very low in contrast with so much
dichromate, I guess the dichromate cristals are shining through
the coating. Ordinary tissue in 4% dichromate solution absorbs
much, much less dichromate.
