Carbon manual

I think it is helpful to note here that I received Sandy's manual on a
private request quite some time back.

I did intend to start with carbon earlier this year, but have not got
around to it yet - though I indend to begin soon now - but I studied the
manual thoroughly, and for all I can say at this point, I would heavily
recommend it not only to beginners, but probably also to practitioners of
the process.
